Sourcing and supplier management is a requirement for Enterprise Print Management BPO as is regular validation of best pricing and supplier margins and NewlineNoosh maintains an extensive list of approved suppliers who work within our system to deliver on the wide range of corporate print requirements—over 2400 as of mid-2009.

The Noosh platform pinpoints supplier strengths and weaknesses for ongoing evaluation (based on your specific criteria.) and print specifications from our vast database are easily distributed to print suppliers for precise quoting. The platform also provides sophisticated supplier management, ratings and performance reports and automated invoicing — from suppliers and to customers.

The NewlineNoosh Sourcing team identifies the best possible print prices on behalf of our customers using powerful multiple bidding technology. Other sourcing capabilities include rate card pricing, order aggregation (single and multi-company) and corporate paper programs.

We track ISO and Six-Sigma accreditations. Onsite visits to suppliers and client references are mandatory. We track diversity spend and work with corporate green initiatives, including certifying Chain of Custody compliance.

Finally, NewlineNoosh is supplier neutral; we own no equipment and can respond immediately to changing production technologies.
